We hear a lot of criticism about how video games are too violent, but there might be one situation where that's actually a good thing...

A study from the University of Edmonton suggests that soldiers who regularly play violent video games like 'Call of Duty' are able to sleep better at night.

Apparently, the video game desensitizes the soldier to violence while also empowering him to retaliate.

Researchers think that when disturbing war scenarios inevitably appear in the soldier's dreams, he/she could feel less threatened, and be far better equipped to fight back against the enemy.
