Hurricane Arthur makes landfall in U.S.

Vacationers along the U.S. East Coast are changing their Fourth of July plans as Hurricane Arthur, the first of the 2014 Atlantic hurricane season, sits poised to swipe the coast Friday with winds of up to 136 km/h, the U.S. National Hurricane Center predicts.
