Hot pocket: e-cigarette battery explodes in man's pants

Amanhas second-degree burns after his e-cigarette battery exploded in his pocket.

Surveillance video shows Josh Hamilton standing in linewaiting tocheckoutat a convenience store in Kentuckywhen the battery blew up into flames.

Hamilton ran outside, and an employee behind the counter grabbed a fire extinguisher, followed him and put out the fire.

"I was shocked," said the employee. "I was like, what was that? You carry your bomb in your pocket?"

Hamilton says he is able to walk despite the burns.
