Justin Trudeau's summer playlist includes Drake, Shawn Mendes

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has released an official Spotify playlist, and Drake, Shawn Mendes and k.d. lang made the cut.

Link posted to Twitter also includes Alessia Cara, Blue Rodeo, Fiona Apple and Peter Gabriel

If you're wondering whatJustin Trudeaulistens to in his downtime, look no further: the prime minister has released an official Spotify playlist.

Not surprisingly, more than a dozen of the 39 tracks are by Canadian artists. Somemight be on yourplaylist, as well Drake's Signs, Shawn Mendes's There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back andAlessia Cara's Scars to Your Beautiful are among them.

The list includes songs for just about every mood, likeR.E.M's melancholy hit Everybody Hurts,K-OS'senergetic tune Crabbuckitand thechart-topping remix of Luis Fonsi'sDespacito,which features vocals from Justin Bieber.

Trudeaurevealed his "PM Mix" by posting a link to the streaming service on Twitter Saturday.

"What am I listening to this summer? What should I be?" Trudeau posted on Twitter Saturday in both English and French with a link to his selections.

The prime minister might have taken alead from former U.S. president Barack Obama, who released summerplaylists in both 2015 and 2016. His 2016 list was among the most listened to on Spotify when it was released.

Obama's choices included Common, Janelle Monae and classic tunes by Stevie Wonder, Bob Dylan and ArethaFranklin.
