Provincialworkplace safety inspectors have issued three orders to R.J. Cyr Company in Maidstone, where a man was killed when a steel beam fell on him Wednesday.

Ontario Ministry of Labour officials say the worker was "bracing a conveyor component for painting when it fell over" and struck him.

Among the orders issued, the company must provide written measures and procedures for conveyor clamps. Another order was issued for safely storing materials.
