Elliott is the quietest councillor, mainly speaking out on issues that affect his west-end ward specifically. Frustrated with lack of action on boarded-up homes near bridge - "Down here we're pawns." Elliott admits he's still learning the ropes at city hall. Hearing his perspective on larger city-wide matters would be welcomed in second half of term.
