I find most people are either coffee or tea drinkers. Personally, I alternate, drinking tea during the week, and coffee on weekends. Sometimes, I'll even sip on atisane also known as herbal tea.

This week,I discovered a drink that really blurs the lines between these categories.

It's called coffee cherry tea. Also known as cascara, coffee cherry tea ismade bysteeping pitted, dried coffee cherries in hot water, and running that the liquid through a strainer. It's very fruity, slightly tart, butsweet.
