WindsorTecumsehhas a population of 117,429 and is home to 95,004registered voters.

The riding consists of the eastern portion of the City of Windsor and all of the Town of Tecumseh, and is home to Windsor International Airport, Ford's Windsor andEssex Engine Plants, the Hiram Walker distillery and Bonduelle's Tecumseh facility.

Age, Income and Diversity

According to Statistics Canada's 2016 census, the population of WindsorTecumseh is older (42.5) than the Canadian average (41), andhouseholdincome ($80,569)is lower than the Canadian average ($92,764), but higher than Windsor West ($70,377).

3 per cent of the population identifies asIndigenous, compared to 4.9per cent nationally.

Just under 16 per cent of the riding's populationidentifies as a visible minority, compared to 22 per cent of theCanadian population as a whole and 34 per cent in Windsor West. The four largest visible minority groups in WindsorTecumsehareBlack, Arab, South Asian and Filipino.

Our government will build on improvements to CPP, OAS and the Canada Child Benefit to make life easier for families and seniors. As MP, I will advocate for federal dollars to upgrade sewers, support infrastructure for a new hospital, Tecumseh recreation centre and other projects.
