New canines join Windsor police ranks

Windsor Police introduced three new police service dogs on Monday.

Windsor Police swore in three new police service dogs on Monday morning.

The male German shepherds from the Czech Republic have undergone 18 weeks of police training, along with their police handlers.

Together, they have become certified in tracking, apprehension, handler protection, evidence search, and obedience and agility.

Rando II, Rony, and Kato join twoexperienced dogs, Quincy and Cezar, whoare already patrolling Windsor streets.
