Child porn charges laid in Leamington

A Leamington man faces several child porn charges after a police investigation.

Members of the OPP's child sexual Exploitation unit helped members of the Leamington OPP and the technological crime unit from the Chatham- Kent Police Service execute a search warrant at a Leamington home Aug. 12.

Computer devices were seized and are pending forensic analysis but a 33-year-old man charged with:

• Making child pornography available.
• Two counts of possession of child pornography
• Accessing child pornography.

He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on Sept. 1.

The investigation is continuing.
