A teenager is accused of driving nearly twice the posted speed limit on a 100 km/h highway near Peterborough, Ont., earlier today.

The Ontario Provincial Police say a northbound 2000 Audi TT was clocked driving at 199 km/h on Highway 115, near County Road 28, in Cavan-Monaghan Township at about 1 a.m.

The vehicle was pulled over.
