Man wanted for fatal Scarborough stabbing surrenders to police

A third person has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder after a man was fatally stabbed in Scarborough on Saturday evening, according to Toronto police.

A third person has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder after a man was fatally stabbed in Scarborough on Saturday evening, according to Toronto police.

Police and emergency services were called to 20 Brimwood Blvd. near Brimley Road and Finch Avenue E.around 6:45 p.m. Saturdayfor a stabbing.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and has been identified as 51-year-old Clayton Hunte of Toronto, police said in a news release issued Thursday.

The stabbing happened after the men got into a fight, police say. Images from the scene showed a crime scene in an underground parking garage.

In a news release issued Friday, police said a 20-year-old man from Markham who was wanted for first-degree murdersurrendered to police on Thursday.

On Monday, police arrested a 22-year-old man from Toronto and charged him with first-degree murder in relation to the stabbing. A 23-year-old man from Markham was arrested and given the same charge on Wednesday.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact investigators.
