The largest addiction and treatment centre in Canada is calling for the legalization of marijuana with controls a move lauded overwhelmingly by CBC Toronto readers.

The Toronto-based Centre for Addiction and Mental Health says any reforms on marijuana controls should include measures on prevention and harm reduction, which the current system fails to do, according to Dr. Jurgen Rehm, director of social and epidemiological research at CAMH.
