Investigation continues into 'suspected dog theft' in Thunder Bay after 3 dogs found safe

Three dogs that had gone missing from a home in Thunder Bay, Ont., have been found and returned to their owner. However, police are still investigating what happened to them.

Three dogs that had gone missing from a home in Thunder Bay, Ont., have been found and returned to their owner.

The Thunder Bay Police Service issued a notice on Friday that the dogs, all Boston Terriers, had disappeared from a home after a break in ata Rowand Street home between Aug. 8 and 9.

Police were appealing to the public for information about the "suspected dog theft."

By Friday evening, police made a statement saying the dogs had been safely recovered in good health.

However, the investigation into their disappearance remains ongoing.
