Leslie Ruben Perrault identified as Machar Ave. homicide victim

Police have identified the man found dead at a home on Machar Avenue as 64-year-old Leslie Ruben Perrault of Fort Frances.

The 64-year-old man from Fort Frances, Ontario was found dead in Thunder Bay on Sunday

Police have identified the man found dead at a home on Machar Avenue in Thunder Bay last weekend as 64-year-old Leslie Ruben Perrault.

Perrault, from Fort Frances, Ont., was found dead Sunday when police responded to a call at around 10:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Machar.

It was the seventh homicide of the year in Thunder Bay, tying what police believe to be a record thatwas last equalledin 2012.

Two people, aman and woman who lived in the home where Perrault's body was discovered, have been charged with second-degree murder.

Chauncy Lyle Grover, and Alyssa Lynn Jourdain, both 44,will appear in court on Sept. 16.
