Meals On Wheels Sudbury banks on catering revenue

Meals On Wheels Sudbury wants to cater your next event.

The agency has re-branded and refreshed its existing catering service called Home of Our Ownin the hopes of attracting new business.

The executive director ofMeals On Wheels Sudburysaid the revenue from catering is vital to client programming.

"Fund raising is becoming more and more difficult in the community," Kelly Zingersaid. "We've taken a new look at how we're raising money for Meals On Wheels."

Sudbury's Meals On Wheels provides a hot meal for hundreds of people every day, but the non-profit has a whole other side to it. It has a catering division. The Executive Director of Meals On Wheels Sudbury, Kelly Zinger was in our studio to tell us more.
