Saskatoon voyeur Kyle Hameluck faces 41 new charges after police crack laptop

A Saskatoon man with a history of prowling city neighbourhoods with a camera is now facing 37 new voyeurism charges.

Hameluck pleaded guilty in 2020 to 38 counts of voyeurism involving two dozen victims

A Saskatoon man with a history of prowling neighbourhoods and taking intimate photos of unsuspecting women is now facing 37 new allegations of voyeurism and four other charges.

Kyle Ronald Hameluck, 35, appearedby video Tuesday in provincial court. He's on remand for outstandingintimidation, criminal harassment, voyeurism and sexual assault charges.

Hameluckis well known to Saskatoon police and the criminal justice system. In 2020, he pleaded guilty to 38 counts of voyeurism involving 25 victims. Those offences were committed while he was on probation for voyeurism and indecent assault convictions from 2017.

On Tuesday, he was presented with 37 new voyeurism charges plus three charges of breaching probationandone for possessing a Macbook Pro computer.

The most recent charges resulted from police cracking his computer and finding incriminating material.

According to court documents, there are four women in the seized material who are unidentified and who may not know they were secretly recorded.

Police are continuing to investigate.
