Autopsy finds no foul play in death of Saskatoon woman

Police say no foul play is suspected after an autopsy of a 22-year-old woman whose death was initially considered suspicious.

Saskatoon police say no foul play is suspected after the autopsy of a 22-year-old woman whose death was initially considered suspicious.

Officers were called to Saskatoon City Hospital at approximately4:30 p.m. CST on Monday abouta 22-year-old womanwho had been dropped off at the facility by cab earlier that day. She was admitted and being treated but died at the hospital.

Policetrackedthe woman's whereabouts before shearrivedat the hospitaland it was determined she had been transported from the City Centre Inn and Suites, located on Idylwyld Drive N.

The servicesaid Monday morning her death was suspicious but later provided an update saying no foul play is suspected.

Police said the Saskatchewan Coroners Officers will continue to investigate.
