Joni Mitchell wins 9th Grammy

The famed singer-songwriterwon her 9th Grammy on the weekend in the category of best album notes.

The album in question isLove Has Many Faces: A Quartet, A Ballet, Waiting To Be Danced(Rhino).

The winwas announced Mondayon the pre-showportion of the annual awards.

Mitchell won a Grammy for the first time in 1969 for the albumClouds.She's been nominated 16 times over the years.
