Three people face drug charges following a fentanyl and cocaine bust in Saskatoon.

On June 4, members of the Saskatoon Integrated Drug Enforcement Street Team reported witnessing a drug deal.

Police arrested a 23-year-old man who they found in possession of 36 fentanyl pills and $390 cash. He faces charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and fentanyl.

Officers also arrested a 31-year-old woman charging her with possession of fentanyl.

In light of the arrests, investigators also executed a search warrant on a house in the 700 block of Padget Crescent. Inside the home police found drug packaging, eight-and-a-half grams of marijuana, 15 grams of cannabis resin and $5,880 cash.

A 26-year-old man was charged in connection with the items found in the home. He faces charges of possession of the proceeds of crime, possession of marijuana, possession of cannabis resin, and breach of probation.

The 23-year-old man made an appearance on Tuesday. The 31-year-old woman is expected to appear again on June 28,the 26-year-old man is expected to appear on June 30.
