The University of Regina Rams have a new head coach.

The team announced Monday that Stephen Bryce will take the helm as the third coach in the team's history.

Winning becomes a habit.Unfortunately, so does losing.- Stephen Bryce, Rams head coach

The Rams didn't win a single game last year, but Bryce saidthat can change.

"Winning becomes a habit.Unfortunately, so does losing. So we need to win the classroom, we need to win the weight room, then we need to win the practice field," he said.

"If we can instill the will to prepare for our football players, and that will become effective throughout their life, we won't have challenges when it comes to the Friday night, Saturday afternoon games because our players will be prepared."

Previous coach Mike Gibson has moved on to the Edmonton Eskimos after just one season with the Rams.
