Saskatoon Police search for 4 armed robbery suspects

Police are on the hunt for a number of suspects in an armed robbery that happened Monday evening near the city's downtown.

Saskatoon police are searching for four suspects after an armed robbery Monday evening.

According to police, three men and a woman went into a store in the 800 block of 29th Street W. shortly after 7 p.m.

Police say one of the men was armed with a handgun, and the only employee in the store was ordered to lay on the floor.

The suspects took off on foot with cash and cigarettes, heading east on 29th Street.

The male suspects ranged in height from five foot eight inches to six feet tall.

Two of the men were wearing a Toronto Raptors ball cap, dark clothes and bandanas pulled up over their faces. One cap and bandana was grey, the other was black.

The third man was described as being a thin man in his late teens or early twenties, with shoulder length dark hair and a white bandana over his face.

The woman was also thin and in her late teens or early twenties and five foot seven. She had light brown shoulder-length hair pulled back into a ponytail, dark clothes and a white bandanaover her face. She had on white and red Adidas shoes.
