Saskatoon Meewasin byelection by the numbers

On Thursday,voters chose NDP candidate Ryan Meilito fill theSaskatoon Meewasinseat.

Meili held onto astrong lead that showed in the early ballot-countingand went on to defeatthe Saskatchewan Party's Brent Penner.

The new MLA-electwill be sworn in on Monday, just before the spring sitting gets underway at the Legislature.
