The Saskatchewan Roughriders continue to sign players ahead of the Feb. 10 free agent deadline.

On Tuesday, the Riders announced they signed Canadian kicker Hugh O'Neill. The team is also bringing back defensive back Woodny Turenne.

O'Neill, a kicker often remembered for his massive beard, joins the Riders after spending last season with the Edmonton Eskimos. O'Neill was selected 11th overall in the 2011 CFL Draft by the BC Lions.

Last season, the Edmonton product played nine game with the Eskimos, hitting 76.9 per cent of his field goal attempts. He also averaged 44.4 yards punting the football.

Turenne rejoins the Riders for his fourth season in Green and White. Last year, the 27-year-old defensive back recorded nine tackles and one interception. He was set to become a free agent on Feb. 10.
