Saskatchewan has its first medal-winner at the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto.

Regina's Nikole Todd, along with partner Samantha Cornett, won silver in women's doubles squash. Todd and Cornett were edged out by the U.S. in the gold-medal final.

Todd, 25, is competing in the Pan Am Games for the first time. She'll have another chance at reaching the podium over the next few days. She's back on the squash court today competing in the women's team qualification.
