New Harbour Landing school in Regina starting to take shape

Government officials toured the new cole Harbour Landing School building on Monday, which will house both a Catholic and public school, to check out its progress.

One of the new schools getting built for fall 2017 is starting to look more like a learning institute.

Government officials toured the new cole Harbour Landing School building on Monday, which will house both a Catholic and public school.

"Our government is delighted to see how quickly this project has evolved since we started construction a year ago," said Deputy Premier and Education MinisterDon Morgan in a press release.

Two other joint-use schools are being built in Regina on the same timeline, including one in the Greens on Gardiner development and in Rosewood Park.

Altogether, up to 3,300 students could use the schools.

All three projects are on schedule to open by September next year.
