An STC bus ride is sometimes as only as good as its Wi-Fi connection but it won't be much longer as the company ceases operations at the end of the month.

But something may linger past the doors closing a possible breach of privacy.

CBC's Stefani Langenegger and Regina Leader-Post columnist Murray Mandryktalked about the subject in the latest edition of CBC's Political Panel.

Private company Carpe Diem Limousine Service, whichplans to service routes previously offered by STC, has sent letters to STC customers and it's not yet known how the company got hold of the customers' information.

When CBC asked the company about it, they were tight-lipped.

Someone at the offices of Carpe Diem simply said there will be word next week.
