Halloween makeup in a minute: Whimsical unicorn

Halloween is the day to transform into whatever character you can conjure up.

Paige Rankin decided she wanted to be a whimsical unicorn and that's where makeup artistKaitlin McCarville from Faces Cosmetics PEI stepped in.

"I saw a picture of really cool makeup and I thought Kaitlin could do that," said Rankin.

"I thought it was very Paige," responded McCarville. "She likes colour and glitter."

Halloween keeps McCarville busy and the costume makeup is a departure from what she usually does.

"Regular makeup is very natural it can still be a lot of makeup, but this is more dramatic and lots more colours."

In all, Rankin's transformation took an hour.
