Mindy Kaling talks Anne of Green Gables, P.E.I. in L.A. Times interview

American comedian and writer Mindy Kaling, known for her starring role on The Mindy Project and her work on The Office, is apparently a huge fan of Anne of Green Gables and dreams of living on P.E.I.

Kalingname-droppedthe book series, saying it was one of her favourites,during aninterviewbythe Los Angeles Times about her new essay collection and her favourite books.

"Oh. Wait! The other book world I would like to live in is Anne of Green Gables," she told the newspaper.

"Living on Prince Edward Island would be so badass."
