Should ghost bikes be taken down or left alone?

CBC Radio's Ottawa Morning asked listeners Wednesday whether ghost bikes should be taken down after a certain period of time, or left alone.

The discussion was prompted by complaints from some residents about a ghost bike memorial at Bank Street and Riverside Drive.
