Lots of door-knocking in Knoxdale-Merivale

Keith Egli decided not to run for re-election and the person who finished second behind him in 2018 is running again.

Ward 9 is busy this election, with 7 candidates on the ballot in year

After serving for three terms on council the last as the chair of board of health Keith Eglihas said it's time to move on.

Now, seven people are running to replace him, including communications strategist Joseph Ben-Ami, James Dean, who finished second in 2018, playwright and community activist Sean Devine, Myles Egli(yes, he's Keith's brother), Peter Anthony Weber,Peter Westaway, who'd like to change how theGreenbelt is used, and business-advocate Michael Wood.
