Hull re-elects Liberal Maryse Gaudreault

LiberalMaryseGaudreaultwill remain the MNAfor Hull.

Gaudreaulthad 33.7 per cent of the vote with allpolls reporting. Her closest competitor, RachelBourdonof the CoalitionAvenirQubec, had 26.4 per cent.

Eight candidates were running to unseat Gaudreaultthe incumbentwho has represented the riding, which includes the central part of the City ofGatineau, since 2008.

The area has been Liberal since 1981.

Gaudreault's challengers included Bourdon, teacher Marysa Nadeau of the Parti Qubcois, and teacher Benoit Renaud of Qubec Solidaire.
