Digby County church vandalized with swastika

A church in Nova Scotia's Digby County was vandalized with offensive words and symbols, which RCMP said included a swastika.

The drawings were left on the basement door to the Saint-Alphonse-de-Liguori church in Saint Alphonse, N.S., between 6 p.m. on Feb. 8 and 8 a.m. the next day, police said in a news release.

RCMP checked with neighbours in the area, but did not learn any information to help identify a suspect.
