The Dartmouth North CFC is a place where residents share the growing, preparation and eating of healthy, affordable food. The organization is creating an urban farm, complete with vegetable gardens, community plots, a greenhouse, fruit and nut trees and a shady play area for kids they're calling a secret forest.

It's also a place where residents can meet with peer advocates to help them navigate community resources, and have a delicious, free lunch.

If the weather is too wet to work outside, we'll help with preparing the community meal that is served on Farm Fit Fridays. We'll also get to eat what is sure to be a delicious lunch!
