Allan Rowe, Dartmouth MLA, hospitalized

The Nova Scotia Liberal party has confirmed that Dartmouth SouthMLA Allan Rowe has been hospitalized withan undisclosed illness.

In a release Sunday, party spokesperson Nick Cox said Rowe was recovering in hospital from a recent medical procedure. The nature of the procedure was not disclosed.

Cox said Rowe and his family have asked for privacy during his recovery and he is expected to return to his duties as MLA when his health allows.
