Lockwoodwas ata publicmeeting over the weekend that was attended by about 125 people. He said people expressed concerns about communitysafety.

He also said the horrific crime, which happened the same week that a young woman died suddenly in Watson Lake(a death not considered suspicious, according to the coroner), has shaken the community.

"Our community is fairly small.Alot of the community members are related, and then very close," Lockwood said.

"Everything came together, so it was quite stressful."
