On Wednesday, Dec. 16, the N.W.T.'s newest MLAs will vote to decide whether Glen Abernethy or Bob McLeod will be the territory's next premier.

Next, they'll choose a Speaker. Then they'll pick six cabinet members: two from the North, two from the South and two from Yellowknife.
