'Resign' Dwight Ball protesters shadow cabinet meeting at The Rooms

A small group of protesters with signs and anti-government tee shirts gathered outside The Rooms in St. John's Wednesday as the provincial cabinet met inside.

A small group of protesters with signs and anti-government tee shirts gathered outside The Rooms in St. John's Wednesday as the provincial cabinet met inside.

Premier Dwight Ball and his ministers leftthe cabinet room at Confederation Building for two days of meetingsat the facility, which houses the provincial museum, archives and art gallery.

A news release Wednesday called it a "retreat."

The protesters carried the now familiar "resign" posters with a photograph of Ball. Others wore tee-shirts with the same image.

The premier has a media availability at 10 a.m. Thursday.
