Host David Cochrane and the On Point panel speculate on which party will place second in Tuesday's election.

On Tuesday, Newfoundland and Labrador voters will elect a new government with a new mandate. While polls suggest another majority government for the Progressive Conservatives, all of the parties are fighting feverishly for voter attention.

Inthe last pre-election edition of On Point, David Cochrane speaks with party insiders Shawn Skinner of the PCs, the NDP's Dale Kirby and Liberal candidate Barry Snow.

Then, Cochrane assembles the On Point panel to rake over how the parties have performed, and the battle for Opposition status. Taking part are Telegram columnist Russell Wangersky,St. John's Morning Showhost Anthony Germain andTim Powers, a lobbyist who has worked on federal Conservative campaigns.

The panel also delivers their picks for the best, and worst, moments of the campaign.
