The MMSB said in a news statement on Friday regular operation of the recycling plants is still restricted until the province shifts to Alert Level 3 of its phased reopening plan. However, customers can use itsXpressaccount model, which allows a quick drop-off ofbeverage containers with the refund claimed at a later time.

Customers who do not have an Xpress account will need to register prior to visiting a depot, the board said.

Operational details can be found on the Green Depot website.
