Fallen paramedic honoured by comrades

Funeral services were to be held in Mount Pearl Saturday morning for a paramedic killed by a falling tree at the height of Hurricane Juan in Halifax last Monday.

John Rossiter, who's from Newfoundland and Labrador, was with a nurse and a driver in an ambulance answering an emergency call at the time.

A number of emergency organizations were to honour Rossiter at the funeral service.
