Men implicated in Baylee Wylie murder back to court April 20

Two men implicated in the BayleeWylie murder case in Moncton have been given more time to obtain legal representation on a variety of charges they face, including accessory to murder after the fact.

Zachary Holden, 19, of Moncton, and Bradley Bonnell, 20, of Wheaton Settlement, appeared in court separately on Wednesday as a court order forbids them from having any contact with one another.

Each faces a variety of charges, including being accessories after the fact to the murder of Baylee Wylie, 18, of Moncton.

At Wednesday's court appearance, their cases were adjourned until April 20 to enable them to seek legal representation.

Both men remain in custody.

Holden and Bonnell were arrested on Jan. 9 at a cottage in Elgin with Tyler Noel, who was wanted on a Canada-widearrest warrant for first-degree murder in connection with the deathof Wylie on Dec. 18.

Marissa Shephard, 20, and Devin Morningstar, 18, have also been charged with first-degree murder in the Wylie case.

Wylie's body was found in the burned unit of a Moncton triplex. RCMP said he had been violently killed.
