Marissa Shephard, Tyler Noel charged with murder in Baylee Wylie death

Codiac RCMP have laid charges against two more people in the death of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie of Moncton.

Codiac RCMP have laid charges against Marissa Shephard and Tyler Noel inconnection with the death of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie of Moncton. Shephard and Noel were previously named as persons of interest in the investigation.

Police are searching for Noel, 18, and Shephard, 20, and have issued warrants for their arrest.

Wylie's body was discovered by firefighters Thursday, Dec. 17, after an early morning fire on Sumac St. in Moncton. Police later determined his death to be a homicide.

Sunday, theRCMP said it was looking for Shephard and Noelin connection with the death.

On Monday, Dec. 21, 18-year-old Devin Morningstar was also charged, and is being held in custody until his next court appearance, scheduled for January 8.

Police are asking anyone with information on Shephard or Noel's locationsto contact the Codiac RCMP or Crimestoppers.
