Tornado watches for Miramichi and area ended

Tornado watches have ended in parts of New Brunswick, according to a statement from Environment Canada.

The tornado watch for Miramichi and area ended at 9:42 p.m. Severe thunderstorm watches and warnings have also ended.

A tornado warning issued earlier in the evening was previously lifted for Stanley,Doaktown, and Blackville.
