Moncton has released the Magnetic Hill site plan and traffic plan for the AC/DC concert on Sept. 5, when tens of thousands of people are expected to descend on the concert grounds.

Jillian Somers, Moncton's manager of event development, said sheis hoping concertgoers will consider using alternate forms of transportation.

"You can walk or bike to the concert site and we've worked with the RCMP, Magic Mountain Road is open so you can get right to gate one. You can be dropped off by a taxi, you can park at your friends house on Front Mountain Road," she said.

"You can park in a private lot somewhere near the site. You couldtake a charter bus and arrange for that."

A park-and-ride service is available for $10. Shuttles run between the Moncton Coliseum and the concert site.

Cyclists will have access to bike lock-ups. People attending the concertare free to walk to it, entering through the main gate on Mountain Road.

Ability Transit is providing transportation for anyone requiring special assistance, the city recommends contacting the company directly for this service.
