Police continue to search for alleged murderer Marissa Shephard

A Canada-wide warrant for Shephard was issued late in December, but the woman continues to elude police. RCMP Const. Jullie Rogers-Marsh says investigators have received and followed up on several tips since a video with pictures of Shephard was released in late January.

Police continue to search forMarissaShephard, 20,of Moncton,wanted for the first-degree murder of Baylee Wylie, whowas killed on Dec.17in what police called a extremely violent murder.

A Canadawide warrant for Shephard was issued late in December, but the womancontinues to elude police.

RCMP Const.Jullie Rogers-Marsh says investigators have received and followed up on several tips since a video with pictures of Shephard was released in late January.

"We've had more than 400,000 views, which is the most viewedRCMPnationally has ever put out," said RogersMarsh.

"I think it certainly helped putting out newpicturesof [Shephard], so people get a good understanding of what she looks like," she said.

Tyler Noel and DevinMorningstar are already in police custody on firstdegree murder charges in connection withWylie's death.

Morningstar is undergoing a psychiatric assessment.Noel is expected to return to court on Monday.
