UPAC lays 67 charges against Roche, Pleuritec

UPAC says the fines amount to a total of $195,116. The charges are related to fraud, tax evasion and illegally obtaining tax credits.

Anti-corruption investigators say fines amount to $195K

Quebec's anti-corruption investigators have laid 67 criminalcharges against engineering-consulting firms Roche, now known as Norda Stelo, and Pluritec.

UPAC says the fines amount to a total of $195,116.

The charges are related tofraud and illegally obtaining tax credits.

The charges are laid against Roche'sformer executive France Michaud, as well asSerge Dussault, Mario Martel, Alex Brisson, Christian Bruband Sylvain Corneau.

Jonathan DuguayandGilles Cousineau of Pleuritec are also facing charges.
