The CBC Do Crew wants you

Are you interested in volunteering but don't know where to start?

The CBC Montreal Do Crew is a monthly volunteer initiative spearheaded by Daybreak's Monique Lacombe with the aim of connecting CBC staff and members of our community, as well as promoting volunteering.

For a few hours every month, alongside Monique, the Do Crew, consisting of CBC listeners, viewers and readers, lends a hand at an event or fundraiser for a local organization.

Need the Do Crew to help you?

If there is an event happening that you think the CBC Montreal Do Crew should be part of, let us know.

In order for an event, fundraiser or activity to be eligible for help from the Do Crew, it must meet the following criteria:

• Be a non-profit or not-for-profit organization (on or around the island of Montreal)
• Be in need of hands-on help
• Need the help of 8 to 15 volunteers for an activity that will last 2 to 4 hours (exceptions will be considered)
• To submit a request for Do Crew help, or if you have any questions, get in touch with Monique at monique.lacombe@cbc.ca.
