United Way holds Winnipeg boot drop drive-in this morning

Volunteers at United Way are collecting winter boots of all sizes drive-in style on Wednesday for the charity's annual Koats for Kids program.

Drivers can stay in the comfort of their warmcars while the United Way workers collect gently usedboots for kids and teens in Winnipeg.

Free coffee and Jonnies sticky buns will be handed out in exchange for donations.

The boot drive takes place from 7 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at the United Wayparking lot at 580 Main St.
