Where are Manitoba's worst roads? CAA wants you to vote

Feel like venting after getting your venti splashed all over your clothes and dashboard from driving a rutted, pitted and potholedroad?

CAA Manitoba is giving you thatchance.

The sixth annual worst roads campaign launches Tuesday, with the public invited to vote on those battered boulevards and atrocious avenues.

The month-long online voting campaign is aimed at drawing attention to the province's most derelict and unsafe roads, with the results later distributed to government leaders forreview.

Roads with one or more of the following issues can be voted on:

• Traffic congestion.
• Potholes/crumbling pavement.
• Timing of traffic lights.
• Pedestrian/cycling safety.
• Poor road signs or road markings.

Last year, Main Street S. in Carman was ranked the province's worst road.In 2015, a road in Gillam was ranked the worst.

St James Street in Winnipeg was ranked either No. 1 or No. 2 in the first four years of the annual campaign, falling to 10thlast year.
